Flexiwall For Temperature Control

Due to the nature of its design the Flexiwall is available in a number of materials, our range of heavy duty thermal options provide increased insulation and condensation prevention.

The Flexiwall solution is made up from individual fire rated panels that are then profiled to fit the shape of your building.  Using the existing structure or additional fabricated steel work, Westgate suspend and tension each panel to form a permanent but relocatable wall.

Due to the panels thermal properties, Flexiwall enables separate enclosures to operate at different temperatures, which is beneficial when requiring chilled storage, e.g one area at +3 degrees and another at ambient, which can often reach over +30 degrees in summer months.

Materials used are non conductive, which leads to minimum condensation build up, as associated with metal partitions.

  • The system is quick to install saving on business downtime
  • The system creates less dust and mess during installation compared to timber stud or masonry partitions
  • System can be designed with corporate logos or colours
