Updated Certification

Westgate have worked hard to achieve updated certification from ISO 2008 to ISO 2015 and are delighted to now be Quality Assurance ISO 9001:2015 Certified and Environmental Responsibility ISO 14001:2015 Certified.

Westgate originally gained certification for both ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 in 2013, obtaining re-issue in 2016. Upon completion of an annual independent audit (and frequent internal audits conducted by ISO Direct over the course of the year), Westgate were tested against 2015 standards and were issued certification.

ACS Registrars Ltd conducted the annual audit and are regarded as being one of the premier Registration/Certification Bodies. ACS Registrars is operated by Quality Assurance, Environmental and Safety Business Professionals. The ISO is a UKAS accreditation which is widely regarded as the standard leader in the market.

Being certified improves the efficiency of our processes, something which can be of benefit to our customers, improving turnaround times of projects by reducing time spent on filling in pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs).

Westgate hope to be audited against ISO 45001 when the new standards are released in the next few months. This Health & Safety ISO certification will replace BS OHAS18001.

Having the three ISO certificates simultaneously improves our quality, consistency and accountability and highlights that Westgate are environmentally aware and a Health & Safety conscious company; consistently working to ensure we are at the highest standard for our clients.
